The owner of this business, Cece, is a purist -- pure business, pure detail, and pure "glad I chose her company out of all the options available."  From initial (even quick) walk-around to final walk-around checking their work and my satisfaction, no hype from her.  Her crew delivered what she promised, the highest quality of work.  In my decades of experience, there are talkers and there are doers.  They were the latter.  They did not rush the job to get on to the next.  Their focus was on the highest quality.  The crew of two (super guys) she sent were as good as you could hope, and friendly.  It is very worth noting that she started by DOING the jobs herself, then creating her company.  She selects and HIRES her crews, pays and treats them well, and does not hire "sub-contractors" whose dedication and quality she may not be able to control.  She is a perfectionist. That is not a slam on sub-contractors.  Some are very good and deserve consideration.  I did research on paint and painters and got excellent face-to-face recommendations about her, not just these online reviews that may or may not be real.  I chose well.

A few more comments and recommendations:

I bought the paint myself and went for the best quality, durability, color retention, and all those other important things my research could find.  It was expensive but at the time, it was on sale at Sherwin Williams.  It also saved time (and expense) for the painters.  You pay for skills but also for time.  I had time to do that myself, with a few recommendations about the paint and quantity beforehand.

Also, I hired painters to prep and paint, not to move all the junk I have accumulated (sadly) from around my house.  A couple of days before they got there, I made sure they had easy access to do their REAL job, not to be a moving company for me.  They did remove light fixtures, house numbers, vents, some trim, taped everything, made sure that everywhere that SHOULD be painted was painted, then put all those things back.  No painting AROUND things.  I put most of my things (including storage shed and boxes) back but also found that I could dispose of at least a quarter of it.  That alone was worth my labor.

Getting on her schedule might be difficult, but I got lucky.  Very lucky.

The project was started and completed on schedule..the crew of Zak, Rodney, and Gavyn were amazing. They worked non stop each day. CeCe’s Contracting deserves every one of these five stars.

Caitlin and her crew, Rodney, Zach, Gavynn, Mason, and Jeremy, were absolutely impeccable from start to finish. From the initial estimate, Caitlin was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the preparation process, products, timeline, and what to expect throughout the project.

The crew was professional, respectful, and kept the jobsite clean every day. My wife and I felt completely comfortable having them on our property, and it was obvious they took great pride in their work. The communication was excellent, the attention to detail showed in every part of the project, and they even left us with labeled leftover paint, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Our house now feels like the home we have been wanting it to be for a long time.

On a personal note, Caitlin is also one of the leaders in my Alignable group, and the same warmth, leadership, care, and commitment she shows in the community clearly carries into her business. She is always engaged, she listens, she goes the extra mile, and people genuinely love being around her.

Even though Cece's may be one of the newer up-and-coming businesses in Spokane, you would never know it by the professionalism, knowledge, and experience they bring to the table. Cece was incredibly thorough during the estimate process and took the time to walk us through exactly what to expect from start to finish. She was transparent about the timeline, communication, and every step of the project, which made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward.
Rodney, Gavynn, and Mason did an amazing job completing the full exterior repaint. Their upbeat attitudes, professionalism, and craftsmanship truly stood out. We also greatly appreciated the team's patience and flexibility with the add-ons we requested while the project was already underway. Nothing ever felt like an inconvenience, and the communication remained excellent the entire time.
