Caitlin Cole
President

At CeCe’s Contracting Inc., we’re all about doing things the right way—with honesty, quality, and the kind of care you’d expect if we were working on our own home. I’ve always believed in the golden rule: treat people the way you want to be treated. That mindset drives everything we do, from our first conversation to the final coat of paint.
Based in Spokane and proudly serving the surrounding areas, we bring a wide range of skills to both interior and exterior projects. We pay attention to the little things, because the details matter—and so does your satisfaction.
Communication is huge for me. I make sure my crew and my clients are always in the loop, so nothing gets missed and your vision stays front and center.
Outside of work, community is where my heart is. For the past 10 years, I’ve been involved with the Salvation Army amongst a handful of other organizations, helping out with youth programs and organizing community events—especially during the holidays. One of my big dreams? Once I hit my first million in sales, I plan to sponsor paint projects for under-served youth and nonprofits in our area because well, why not?! Giving back through what I do is incredibly important to me.
And when I’m not on the job? I’m cheering on my husband, who’s the Head Football Coach at Rogers High School and a school counselor, or taking color advice from our 8-year-old daughter—who definitely has opinions!

Chief Operations Officer

I bring in nearly a decade of experience in the painting and construction industry. Growing up in Moses Lake, I gained invaluable experience working with my fathers construction business, which instilled in me a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail for all clients. At 18, I moved to Spokane and began my painting career dedicating  over 7 years to honing my craft before joining CeCe’s Contracting Inc. It’s the best part of my job, really, to walk away each project knowing they are happy with the outcome
